What will you do:
• Provides level 1 IT support to all the users, according to plant needs.
• Administrates and provides maintenance for IT equipment and for the WAN/LAN networks.
• Assures the IT systems are correctly backed up.
• Perform analyze of relevant issues and identifies opportunities for cost reductions.
• Assure BOS compliance
• Provides the necessary information to other departments for the improvement of the final product/quality of services;
• Analyzes and reports on daily / weekly / monthly / annually base the specific performance indicators; develops action plans for out-of-target indicators as per the company requirements;
• Controls and optimizes the efficiency and effectiveness of resources at its disposal;
• Promotes and implement measures for continuous improvement and cost reduction;
• Responsible for the 1st line support for the facility in the event of an outage in the mainline systems (Good English command skills, capable to follow directions in a foreign language);
• Administrate local IT infrastructure which includes the installation of all localized licensed software and hardware upgrades
• Administrate IT standards, policies, procedures and guidelines, follow all procedures in place.
• Interacting with users, clients from different branches;
• 3 shifts availability in the plant (not remote)
What will you need:
• IT degree;
• Minimum 1 year of previous experience on a similar job ( it is an advantage) ;
• Fluency in English (conversational and writing);
• Minimal knowledge of the principles, architectures and technologies used in computer networks (LAN, WAN);
• Understanding and adopting the SPOC principle - single point of contact
• Experience in monitoring large scale systems and networks;
• Experience in managing incident tickets, probes and requests in a ticketing system;
• Advanced knowledge of hardware and software architectures;
• To have strong customer focus and multicultural experience;
• Leading to continuous improvement of our top services and products, a good problem-solving methodology, driven to achieve results.
